Refund policy
We are sure you will love your Ganbaru Culture items as much as we do, but if for any reason you require to return an eligible item, we will happily provide you with a store credit or refund (excluding shipping costs).
Please note:
- Items must be returned to us unworn, in brand new condition with original packaging/tags
- Item must be returned to us within 28 days of delivery date
- All SALE items or items purchased using any discount codes or during promotional periods are NOT eligible for refunds
- All Returns parcels must have reference to order name or order number to allow us to identify the correct order and issue your refund or exchange
- All return shipping costs are covered by the customer
Ganbaru Culture reserves the right to deny a return if the items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of excessive hair, pet fur, make up, smoke, perfumes or scents in the fabric. These damaged items will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a return or exchange.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
If your product is eligible, you can send the item/s back to the following returns address:

Please send you item back with your name and order number so that we can verify the transaction.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know if your refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund as well.
Please note we do not offer refunds for items purchased with a credit note or discount code.
PLEASE NOTE:
Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged packages. We strongly recommend you get a tracking number when returning an item.
EXCHANGES
Due to the high demand for our items, we are unable to offer automatic exchanges as the item you are requesting may be sold out. Should you require a different size or colour of an item you have received, please return your order following the instructions noted above and place a new order for your desired item.
