Shipping policy

We currently dispatch orders once a week, on Fridays. Please have your orders through by Thursday if you wish to have them sent out on the Friday 

We Ship WORLDWIDE

While we do our best to get orders out as fast as possible, please allow 1-3 business days for order fulfilment. Due to higher volumes during Volume Launch periods or Sales periods such as Black Friday, please allow up to 7-10 business days for order fulfilment.

Our shipping rates vary based on your location and estimated weight of your package. This will be calculated upon check out by our Shipping Carrier.

AUSTRALIA
In addition to carrier-provided rates, we offer FREE Standard shipping on orders over $150.00 AUD within Australia.
Items will be sent within our dispatch times, and should arrive 1-3 Business days after dispatch for Express shipping items, and 5-7 business days after dispatch for Standard shipping items.

INTERNATIONAL
In addition to our carrier provided shipping rates, we offer a $30 Flat Rate Standard International Shipping on all orders over $300.00 AUD.

Items will be sent within our dispatch times, and will arrive 6-27 Business days after dispatch.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation along with a tracking number. In the rare event that this doesn’t occur, email us at info@ganbaruculture.com so we can assist you further.

DUTIES & TAXES

For international customers, the prices quoted may not include all your import duties or local sales taxes, these may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. Please note, Ganbaru Culture cannot cover the cost of duties & taxes. For more information please contact your local customs office.

HELP! I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER

Unfortunately, once the order has left our warehouse and is in the hands of our shipping carriers, it is no longer under our control and get no further updates than what you receive via shipment notifications. For the fastest updates on your shipment, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly via the tracking link provided.

Please note for international orders, we have no way of contacting your local customs office - if they do require additional information, they will typically reach out to you directly via the email or phone number you listed upon purchase.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

Once an order has been sent from Ganbaru Culture, customers are responsible for all shipping charges incurred. If an order is refused by the customer or canceled during transit, the customer will be charged outgoing and return shipping charges.
